How the week works for delegates and visiting faculty.

Daily rhythm
- The Monday Cultural Evening runs in two shifts. Follow your shift allocation.
- On Tuesday morning delegates are divided into two community service groups.
Every time, including each bus, is in the programme. During the week, the Live tab shows what is on now and the next bus.
Hotel and transport
Outstation delegates and visiting faculty stay at the delegate hotel, Effotel by Sayaji, with transport to and from the School organised by The Doon School.

During the conference you receive
- Accommodation

Cultural Evening and Talent Show
Delegations may present performances at the Cultural Evening on Monday, such as dance, music or drama. The Talent Show is on Tuesday.

Where do delegates stay?
Outstation delegates and visiting faculty stay at the delegate hotel, Effotel by Sayaji: Plot No. 517–518, GMS Road, next to the Nexa showroom, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.
How do we get between the hotel and the School?
By transport organised by The Doon School. Bus times are in the programme and on the Now & Next tab.
Which meals are provided?
All meals. Breakfast is at the hotel; lunch and dinner are organised by The Doon School.
Is travel to Dehradun covered?
No. Travel to and from Dehradun, visas, insurance and personal expenses are not covered. Airport and railway transfers are provided within designated timings.
Can our delegation perform?
Yes. Delegations may present performances at the Cultural Evening on Monday, such as dance, music or drama. The Talent Show is on Tuesday.
What should we pack?
A packing list will be shared with your school. For the trek, bring a water bottle and a cap.

A delegate kit, an Ekikaran hoodie and cap, and a certificate of participation.
